You will find many restaurants ,supermarkets , and beautiful beaches

around this area, its also 7 minutes walking to the nearest beach!

Surrounded by a beautiful and enchanting garden ,with many chill out

areas and a beautiful pool . You will find a very safe environment for your

family and children, as its all fenced and protected!

The house equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, 2 bedrooms

are en-suite and you will find a beautiful hot tub on the master

bedroom . It has a magnificent fireplace which warms the whole house

for winter time providing a cozy atmosphere for winter as well .

The house also counts with a Sauna right next to the pool, which can be

requested with our especial Sauna Spa Day Service.

Villa near San Jose, Ibiza, Balearic Islands - surrounded by a pine forest, 5 pine forest, 5 minutes’ drive from the beach. A sense of privacy and tranquility, the best of outdoor and indoor living. This modern split-level villa in minimalist style is less than 2 minutes from typical Spanish restaurants and supermarkets. It also offers easy access to the famous sunset beaches on the west coast.

THE VILLA CONSISTS OF 3 LEVELS:

MAIN HOUSE, STUDIO AND 6th APARTMENTS

 The main building is located at the top of the hill; from the front door you enter directly into the living room with open kitchen. There is also a separate toilet. The main house has 3 bedrooms. In the living room you will find a LED TV with satellite channels and there is also free wireless internet access. The fireplace provides extra coziness inside.

Next to the kitchen there is a room with a washing machine and dryer.

All bedrooms in the main building have a double bed, air conditioning and an unsuited bathroom.

One floor down there is an extended studio with a double bed, air conditioning and unsuited bathroom. There is also another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a separate toilet in the studio.

From the other side of the living room, you can reach the outdoor/living area around the pool. There are several seating areas, 8 sun beds, a large double sun bed, a hammock, and a large table with 12 chairs. There is also an electric barbecue here. The villa has a beautiful sea view from the living area by the pool.

There is ample parking space in front and next to the villa.
